Registration for the 2024 SEPA Conference is now open!

  • Full conference delegate registration – $225.00 (Until May 15)
  • Late Full conference delegate registration – $250.00 (May 16 – June 11)
  • Daily conference registration:
    • Tuesday or Saturday – $50.00 ($60.00 after May 15)
    • Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday – $80.00 ($90.00 after May 15)

Registration deadlines are as follows:

  • May 15: Regular registration ends
  • May 16 – June 10: Late registration period
  • June 11: Late registration ends

Please complete the entries below to register for the 2024 conference. Fields marked with a red asterisk* are required.

Please choose either the Full Registration or Daily Registration(s) for the days you plan to attend.
If you wish to attend the dinner cruise on the Mississippi on Thursday evening, please check the box below. Note: If the 90-person limit is reached before we receive your registration, you will be refunded and notified to plan for dinner on your own.
If you wish to attend one of the pre-conference workshops, please select it below. Please see the information about each workshop on the Conference Details page of the website. Choose only one, as both occur at the same time.

Do you have any other special needs or require any special accommodations during the conference? If so, please describe.
It is required that delegates be members of SEPA to attend the conference. This does not apply to any guest you may bring. NOTE: Vendor Sponsor of the conference do NOT need to add association membership, you are already a Supporting member of SEPA.

  • Once you click the submit button, you will be taken to PayPal to make a payment for your total registration fees. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.

    • Click the submit button below and, when you are taken to the PayPal window, click the “Cancel and return to Southeastern Planetarium Association”.
    • Print a copy of your registration confirmation email and mail it along with your check payable to SEPA:
