Meadowview Conference Site Information
The MeadowView Marriott Conference Center and Resort is a true four-star hotel with most any amenity available. Since the City of Kingsport has a close arrangement with the site, our event will benefit greatly. For those who enjoy golf, there is a professional golf course with modest greens fees.
WiFi will be provided to all delegates and vendors in all the meeting spaces throughout the conference.The vendor hall is 35,000 ft2 and has 28’ ceilings. There is plenty of room for booths, domes, posters, freebie tables and more. Vendors, please see the section about sponsorships for all the details.
