Our institutional vision for the SEPA 2014 annual conference is a very simple one: we intend to provide every attendee of our conference with an experience that exceeds every expectation of what a regional planetarium conference can be. We believe that every choice we make in piecing the conference experience together should reflect our goal of exhibiting consummate professionalism in all that we do.

To our delegates:

We will do our best to serve your professional needs; to answer any and all questions, comments, and concerns in a timely manner; to provide an enriching environment for professional development; and provide a thoroughly valuable conference experience.

To our vendors:

We will strive to provide as much information as we can to help make your experiences as stress-free as possible; to be forthright and expeditious in producing a coherent plan for our vendor hall space; to provide ample time for delegates to interact and experience your products and service; and to allow vendors to fully participate in the conference environment, and not be bound to a vendor table.

To all of our attendees:

  • Our goal is to provide the most complete planetarium conference experience in a cost-effective, efficient, and stress-free way. We hope to incorporate your ideas, needs, and wants into our planning process leading up to July. We will work to provide the highest quality food, transportation, and excursions, as well as afford our attendees generous amounts of time to network with one another.
  • We guarantee a lot of fun, a lot of Woodchuck, and a great time for everyone involved!

If there is anything that we can do to help make your experience at SEPA the best it can be, please do not hesitate to contact us.
