Sponsorship Levels
Because Indian River State College is situated on Florida’s Treasure Coast (In 1715, the Spanish “plate fleet,” consisting of nearly a dozen treasure galleons, sank off our coast during a hurricane,) the conference theme for this year will be “Planetarium Treasures.” Accordingly, we have come up with new names for the various sponsorship levels:
LEVEL 1/Pieces of Eight ($250)
- 6×8 ft. Exhibit Hall space
LEVEL 2/Doubloon ($500)
- 6×8 ft. Exhibit Hall space
- One registration
- 1⁄4 page of ad space in program
Level 3/Indigo and Pearls ($1,250)
- 6×8 ft. Exhibit Hall space
- Two registrations
- 12 minutes of dome time
- Logo associated with paper or panel session
- 1⁄4 page of ad space in program
Level 4/Treasure Galleon ($2,500)
- 8×8 ft. Exhibit Hall space
- Two registrations
- 27 minutes of dome time
- Logo associated with a regular meal
- 1⁄2 page of ad space in program
LEVEL 5/Flagship ($3,500)
- 8×8 ft. Exhibit hall space
- Two registrations
- 27 minutes of dome time
- Logo associated with a specialty meal/event (Reception or Friday night Banquet)
- Full page of ad space in program
Flagship Level ALSO includes your choice of one additional registration, or 15 additional minutes of dome time, or one additional 8×8 ft. block of Exhibit Hall space.
Additional space in the vendor hall can be arranged for these fees:
- $250 for a 6×8 space
- $400 for an 8×8 space
Treasure Satchel Promotional Item ($25.00/ Item Type)
Dome time blocks are chosen to allow for a three (3)-minute transition time between presentations.
