Conference Hotels
Unlike in previous years, we will not have an “official hotel” for the 2020 Conference. We have reserved a block of rooms from May 30, 2020 through June 6, 2020 at a variety of guaranteed rates per night plus taxes, etc at the hotels listed below. These great room rates are available through May 2, 2020, so book early to be assured a room.

Check-In / Check-Out: Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Room assignments prior to that time will be subject to availability. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is not guaranteed. Check out time is 12:00 pm.

Reservations: Booking a hotel is simple! Reservations can be made by calling the hotels directly. A credit card will be required to guarantee the room at time of call in.
