SEPA 2008 Update

We’ve had requests for a one day conference registration fee for members who want to come to the conference but cannot be here for the whole time. We now have that — you can come to the conference for one day for $90 (as compared to $175 for the entire event). The registration form posted on the SEPA web site now reflects that change, and anyone needing a one day registration should print and use a copy of that rather than the original registration form.

If you want a one day registration, you will need to tell us on the form which day you plan to attend. Please note that the Wednesday registration also allows you to attend the Tuesday night opening reception if you are in town in time, and the Friday registration also allows you to attend the Saturday morning brunch if you are still in town. Note also that on Wednesday night we will be out of town on a field trip until mid-evening, and that on Thursday night we will be out of town on a field trip until midnight or so. If you plan to leave town on those evenings, be aware that we cannot get you back to Lafayette any earlier than that.

Naturally, we hope you will prefer to attend the entire conference rather than attending for only one day, but this may give you some planning flexibility.

We are also taking this opportunity to add registration for a spouse/guest at the Saturday brunch for $16.00.
